Hitched NYC specializes in day-of wedding coordination, allowing the bride and groom to enjoy every moment of their wedding day knowing that the event logistics are handled. While we handle all the details on your wedding day, or services actually begin the month prior to your event. Hitched NYC services include: 

Prior to the Wedding:
  • Development of event day timelines for bridal party and vendors
  • Walk-through of ceremony and reception site
  • Confirmations with all vendors the week before the wedding
  • Collection and delivery of essential ceremony and reception items (guest book, flower girl basket, unity candle, cake knife and server, toasting flutes, etc.)
  • Delivery of welcome gift bags for out of town guests
  • Coordination of wedding rehearsal

Day of the Wedding:
  • Serving as main point of contact for all vendors
  • Coordination of all vendor deliveries and set-ups
  • Set-up of paper items at the ceremony and reception (programs, escort cards, menu cards, etc.)
  • Set-up of wedding favors
  • Organization of the wedding processional, including lining up and cuing the bridal party
  • Gathering family members/wedding party for photographs
  • Facilitation of event timeline with maitre d' and band/dj 
  • Distribution of gratuities or final payments to vendors
  • Collection and delivery of wedding gifts at the conclusion of the reception
  • Collection and delivery of specialty items at the conclusion of the reception (including guest book, toasting flutes, cake knife and server, etc.)
